The videos were designed as instructional tools to help instructors and students identify and improve the seven process skills. The skill level of students in the clips varies, and thus provides a starting point for class discussion.

The videos were designed as instructional tools to help students better understand the importance of effective interpersonal skills in group work. The brief vignettes show both positive and negative examples of interactions between students, providing a starting point for class discussion on student roles and appropriate behavior in group situations.
